Postage and Returns Policy
Customer service is a No1 Priority at invisihair.co.uk and we value your feedback. Our goal is to give you the best possible online shopping experience so that you will recommend us to family and friends and return to us in the future. If you have any issues with our products and services please contact us so that we may resolve these issues in a professional and speedy manner.
1. Standard Returns – Online Shop Purchases Only
If you are not 100% satisfied with the products purchased from our online shop we are happy to accept returns as long as they are returned to us within 14 days of being received. Returned Items must not have been used or opened and returned to us in their original condition. Please enclose a note with the returned item/items stating the reason for your return of such goods. Unfortunately any postage for returned items will not be refunded.
1.a. Faulty Items
All invisihair products are individually checked before being dispatched to you, the customer. This is to ensure that items sent out in new and perfect condition. In the rare and unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty, please return the faulty goods to us within 7 days of when you received the item in its new condition. After evaluation of the goods and if found to be faulty, we will always replace or repair the item if possible, or refund you in full at your request if the item is found to be faulty.
We ship all orders using the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service, items will be signed for on delivery to your door. This protects both the customer and the seller alike. Delivery times are generally between 2-5 working days for UK orders and 5-12 days for International orders. International orders may incur shipping costs so please call prior to ordering. We can generally accommodate more urgent shipping requirements. Additional shipping costs may apply to more urgent delivery requirements outside of our standard shipping time scales mentioned above. Please contact us if required.
All items are posted in secure well wrapped packaging material. From time to time we may use recycled packaging material which makes good sense for the planet.
2. Special Addendum – Bespoke Hair Integration Systems, Ladies Wigs and Hair Replacement Systems
INVISI HAIR REPLACEMENT SYSTEMS obligation to the client is to supply new/replacement hair that appears natural in colour and blend. Orders are processed immediately to avoid any delay in supply. The clients contract with Invisi Hair Replacement Systems is for the supply of the non-surgical hair system only.
In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction at the time of delivery of the hair system there will be no further obligation from the client, any monies paid will be forfeited to defray the costs. (If the hair system has been fitted it will be removed with no further obligation from the client). The monies paid will also be forfeited if the client cancels the order after the manufacturing process has started. The clients new hair will be individually implanted into a polymer, weft or lace by hand, and this will then be bonded/fixed to my scalp to integrate with my existing hair.
Non-surgical hair systems are perishable items, with no warranty, and Invisi Hair advise the client to buy several hair systems which can be alternated during wearing times to attain the best results and extend longevity.
Lead times quoted are not guaranteed and are just an estimation. The delivery times stated apply to manufacturing time to produce a bespoke system at the manufacturing facility and do not include carriage times. Delivery times may also vary depending on the technical specification of the hair system. Invisi Hair cannot expedite delivery in any way. The client will be contacted by Invisi hair as soon as the product arrives for fitting and/or despatch to the client.
Multiple Hair System Orders: Discounts are applied to multiple hair system orders on our factory. In all cases balance payments are due prior to the fitting of the first hair system. Hair systems purchased remain the property of Invisi Hair until the balance payment has been made. E.g. If a client orders several hair systems then fails to pay the balance on delivery of the first hair system, then the clients must pay the balance as for a one off purchase price which in all cases is several hundred GBP more per system than the multiple hair system order price. The company pre-pays the manufacturer for multiple orders and the payment of the balance by the client is not negotiable.
Hair System Colour & Hair Loss: Invisi Hair manufactures all hair systems with 100% original cuticle human hair, European, Indian Remy or Mongolian hair using the finest base materials available. All non-surgical human hair systems are perishable items and will lose some hair and may also change colour during the life span of the hair system. Generally this is due to products used on the hair and or direct sunlight. Invisi Hair offers no guarantees on hair system colour retention as both hair and colour loss is the natural process with non-surgical hair replacement. Invisi Hair provides a range of hair system shampoo’s, conditioners and leave in conditioners with UV filters to help maintain the health of the hair.
The client will not to hold Invisi Hair Replacement System responsible for any physical or mental reaction; irritation; and infection or rash that could be construed to have occurred or arisen either as a direct or indirect consequence of my non surgical hair system, or related hair loss treatment process. There is no guarantee for non-surgical hair systems, and the appropriate aftercare will be required by me to maximise the lifespan. The client will accept responsibility for any adverse effect that may occur after fitting.
Applicable to Invisi Hair Replacement Systems Ltd and Invisi Bio Technologies Ltd (Laser Machines) products used for commercial purposes. We provide a 3 months parts only warranty for laser machines purchased for trade purposes. This covers the internal PCB’s, Power Supplies and instruments used with our Laser Machines. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear of moving parts and labour to repair faulty machines. The trade customer is responsible for transport costs both to and from our repair centre in the UK when a faulty laser machine is returned to base for repair both in or out of the warranty period. The trade customer is also responsible for labour costs to repair the faulty laser machines as this is not included in the trade warranty agreement. We can provide training courses for the repair of our laser machines for qualified electricians and for companies wishing to undertake laser machine repairs. During the warranty period faulty parts must be returned to base and tested prior to the dispatch of replacement parts. Out of warranty or additional parts purchases can be made at trade prices.
Applicable to both trade and end user purchases of laser machines.
For international laser machine purchases the customer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from our repair centre in the United Kingdom at all times this includes both in and out of warranty repairs and or collection of purchased machines by shipping agents. It is the customers responsibility to insure the goods in transit for loss or damage during overseas transport. Loss or damage to laser machines during transit is not covered by Invisi Hair Replacement Systems Ltd or Invisi Bio Technolologies Ltd in all instances. International customers can arrange for inspection of the goods prior to collection of shipping agents from our dispatch centre in Hagley south Birmingham UK by prior arrangement.
If any of these terms and conditions are unenforceable it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
